PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of efficiently operating signal correction for removing noises on a cable at transmitting a signal from connected equipment. SOLUTION: This cable device for transmitting an electric signal to be transmitted from one connected equipment to the other connected equipment is provided with a test signal transmission processing part for transmitting a test signal by interrupting communication from the connected equipment, a noise judgment processing part for judging whether or not signal correction is necessary according to the noises on the transmitted test signal, a correction signal transmission processing part for transmitting a correction signal for correcting the signal to a signal line which is not used for the transmission of the signal from the connected equipment, and a signal correction processing part for correcting the signal from the connected equipment according to the contents of the transmitted correction signal.
