PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful cooperative operation environment wherein an outsourcing trader monitors and operates a customer system for a customer in cooperation with the customer. SOLUTION: A site monitor device is provided for each customer and a center monitor device is provided for the outsourcing trader to provide the environment wherein the occurrence of trouble is reported to not only the center monitor device, but also customers and system engineers and persons concerned can refer to an operation information file, a design and structure information file, a discussion history file, etc., obtained so far at any time through the Internet. The persons concerned can advance operations by sharing the operation state and design information up to the trouble occurrence in cooperation to solve the problem and new service architecture can be developed. |
