PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integral type analog/digital converter that can integrate an input signal for a time required for analog/digital conversion and correct an error due to the effect of offset, dispersion and temperature change or the like on the basis of the measurement result so as to measure an integral value of consecutively received signals with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The integral type analog/digital converter is provided with two systems of integral type analog/digital conversion sections 100, 200 that apply analog/digital conversion to an integrated input signal and, alternately selects them for each prescribed period, allows one of the integral type analog/ digital conversion sections to integrate the input signal and to apply analog/ digital conversion to the integrated signal, allows the other to conduct ground voltage integration, apply analog/digital conversion to the integrated ground voltage, conduct reference voltage integration and apply analog/digital conversion to the integrated reference voltage.
