PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rod-like luminous toy which eliminates monotony of how the light appears as emitted by a chemical luminous body, which is hardly to bend. SOLUTION: A long-size tubular chemical luminous body 2 is fitted to a long low-flexibility translucent tubular body 1 in free detachment, and an inner wall 3 of the translucent tubular body 1 takes on a cross section polygonal shape and formed spirally twisted in the axial direction.
