PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling of burrs onto a disk medium caused impacts even when the amount of resin to fill an IC chip between suspensions is minimized by rolling up (chamfering) a part around the IC chip using a polishing sheet. SOLUTION: The head suspension assembly is provided with a loaded slider having a head including a reproducing element floated oppositely to the medium surface of a disk medium to reproduce information from a recording medium, and a driving IC chip for driving the head loaded on the suspension, and a part around the driving IC chip is chamfered. Thus, burrs are prevented from falling onto the disk medium by impacts.
