PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging and reproducing system that can accurately correct a tilt in an image at reproduction. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 1 of the imaging and reproducing system is provided with an imaging sensor 9b that picks up an image, a tilt measurement section 13 that measures a tilt in the imaging apparatus 1 (that is, the imaging sensor 9b), and a tilt information attachment section 15 that stores an image signal of an image picked up by the imaging sensor 9b and tilt information of the imaging apparatus 1 measured by the tilt measurement section 13 to a storage medium 21a in cross-reference with each other, and the reproduction device of the imaging and reproducing system is provided with a selector switch, a reproduction means that reproduces an image picked up by the imaging sensor 9b on the basis of the image signal stored in the storage medium 21a, and a correction means that corrects the tilt in the reproduced image on the basis of tilt information of the imaging apparatus 1, stored in the storage medium 21a depending on the selection of the selector switch.
