PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device of high light intensity, using a light-emitting diode. SOLUTION: Light, emitted from a plurality of face-down bonding light- emitting diodes 16 arrayed on a concave face 14, is converged on a focusing position P of the concave face 14, to form a high light-intensity point light source P. A cooling part 12 is arranged at the rear of a substrate 13 of the light-emitting diodes closely in contact to the rear. |
