PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely discharge the agent while maintaining the fluidity of an agent by dynamically horizontally control the surface of the agent so that air is included into the agent. The agent storage container has a means for transferring developer composed of toner or a mixture of toner and carrier, which is stored inside the container, to another position by causing air to flow into the storage container, to fluidize the developer. The agent storage container is provided with a mechanism for dynamically controlling the surface shape of the mass of agent. |
