PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an output circuit from a latch-up breakdown when a low side output signal is suddenly lowered to a level below the GND level. SOLUTION: A drive circuit 2 of this half-bridge inverter circuit comprises an output circuit 28 which outputs a high side output signal switching a main switching device Q1 on a high side according to an input signal from a control circuit 1, and an output circuit 29 which outputs a low side output signal switching a main switching device Q2 on a low side according to an input signal from the control signal 1. The falling speed of the low side output signal outputted by the output circuit 29 is lower than the falling speed of the high side output signal outputted by the output circuit 28. |
