<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store process data in accordance with a request from a user who manages a process, and to analyze the process by using the stored data according to a request, and to provide the analyzed result to the user. SOLUTION: This process data analyzing device is provided with a process data analysis processing part 13 for retrieving process data stored in a data base 16 as historical data according to an analysis request from a user terminal, and for analyzing the retrieved process data, and for transmitting the analyzed result to the user terminal, a charging processing part 17 for charging the user according to the storage period of the historical data and the contents of the process analysis processing, a registered user management data base 14 for managing the user registration information of the user, and a communicating means 18 for receiving the process data by connecting to a process computer which controls the operation of the user side plant, and stores the process data of the plant. The data base 16 stores the process data collected from the process computer at the user side as the historical data.</p> |
