<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take rapid counter measures for prevention against the spread of damage by automatically generating and transferring disaster information data to related institutions in case of a disaster or in emergency with the possibility of its occurrence. SOLUTION: A headquarters communication command part 10 is equipped with a disaster information generating means 16 having a command data extraction part 16a which extracts dispatch command data from a dispatch command form created and outputted by an automatic dispatch specifying device 13 and a disaster information generation part 16b which generates disaster information data according to the extracted dispatch command data and a disaster information transfer means 17 having a transfer destination selection part 17a which selects and sets a specific transfer destination of the transfer of the generated disaster information data and a disaster information transfer part 17b which transfers the disaster information data to the specific selectively sets transfer destination.</p> |
