PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic conference system which makes it possible to smoothly and speedily examine the diagnostic result and examination result of a diseased livestock. SOLUTION: The organizer of a conference sends organization data including the veterinarian name of the organizer of the conference and the subject of the conference from an inter-hospital examination result examining operation support function part 10 of an animal hospital side computer 3 to a conference history management part 5 of a center-side computer 2 and then the opening of the conference is determined; and a person who desires to participate in the conference sends participation data including a desire to participate in the determined conference to be opened from the inter-hospital examination result examining operation support function part 10 of the animal hospital side computer 3 to the inter-hospital examination result examining operation support function part 10 of the center-side computer 2 and the conference is held. A conference history management part 5 sends and receives conference data between the organizer side and participant side to take place the conference.
