PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the temperatures of respective components of a plurality of MOS transistors constituting a driving circuit, in the driving circuit of a plasma display device. SOLUTION: In the driving circuit of the plasma display device, the temperatures of respective components of entire MOS(metal oxide semiconductor) transistors 47a to 47h which are connected in parallel are uniformized by controlling heat evolution due to power losses of respective MOS transistors 47a to 47h while controlling electrically conductive times of the respective MOS transistors 47a to 47h by selecting individually gate resistances 48, 49 of them.
