<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that contents of a check sheet are overlooked, that there is a lack of entry, arbitrary style change or the like, that it is difficult to conform whether an oral representation request is performed or not and that it takes long time to make a management report in a meeting at construction site. SOLUTION: Check items are made to be a check sheet format, a data file password-locked is read by a terminal by using a check program (S3), the check items are displayed on the screen of the terminal with the check program (S4), information is inputted to the check items, repeating this processing, and when all inputs to the check items are finished, input data are transferred to the data file.</p> |
