PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable medical facilities to send and receive inquiry electronic mail and answer electronic mail with attached clinical consultation information to each other and to securely manage the inquiry electronic mail and its answer electronic mail so that the mapping between the both is not lost. SOLUTION: A computer device of question-side medical facilities sets and sends out mail management information unique to question electronic mail addressed to a computer device of answer-side medical facilities to a network. The computer device of the answer-side medical facilities sets the same mail management information with the question electronic mail on which the answer electronic mail is based to the answer electronic mail addressed to the computer device of the transmission source of the question electronic mail and sends it out to the network. The computer devices on the question side and answer side pair and manage the question electronic mail and answer electronic mail having the same mail management information.
