PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively inexpensively provide a security control system and even a vehicle traffic system adopting discontinuous detection for detecting the position of a vehicle only at important positions capable of surely preventing the collision of vehicles at the combined part or curved part of exclusive roads where automatic driving vehicles are able to travel. SOLUTION: This security control system is provided with a plurality of antenna 32 for inter-vehicle communication discretely arranged with prescribed antenna length on an orbit on which an automatic drivable vehicle 20 is able to travel in the traveling direction and a ground collision preventing device 33 for detecting at least a signal indicating the presence of the vehicle 20 to each antenna 32 through the inter-vehicle communication with the vehicle 20, and for controlling the traveling/stop state of the vehicle 20 in a collision guard section set between each antenna 32 based on the signal indicating the presence of the vehicle 20. The ground collision preventing device 33 detects the leading vehicle 20 in a vehicle line 21, and judges whether or not the vehicle can pass through the section.
