PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator that does not deteriorate phase noise even when another frequency band is selected. SOLUTION: In a common collector Colpitts oscillation circuit, other terminal of a capacitor 1 connected to an emitter terminal is connected to an anode of a switching diode 3 and connected to a band switching terminal 5 via a resistor 4, a cathode of the switching diode 3 is connected to ground, an inductor component configuring the Colpitts oscillation circuit comprises two inductors 6, 7 connected in series, the inductance of the inductor 7 is selected greater than the inductance of the inductor 6, a connecting point of the two inductors is connected to ground via a capacitor 8, and the capacitance of the capacitor 8 is selected so that the impedance is nearly zero at the frequency band oscillated when a voltage applied to the band switching terminal 5 is low.
