PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a signal with a sufficient level of amplitude from a high frequency circuit while matching the impedance. SOLUTION: A 1st line to which an output port and a 1st termination resistor of a 1st high frequency circuit are connected and a 2nd line to which an output port and a 2nd termination resistor of a 2nd high frequency circuit are connected, are configured to be a 2-conductor symmetrical coupling line, the 1st high frequency circuit and the 2nd high frequency circuit are symmetrically structured and the resistance of the 1st and 2nd termination resistors is set to be a value corresponding to the characteristic impedance in an even mode of the symmetrical coupling line.
