Folding trampoline comprises an open frame, several springs, and a sprung bed (1) supported by the springs in the open frame. The open frame has four identical frame units (3a, 3b, 3c), and two vertical hinge joints (5) and two horizontal hinge joints (4) arranged alternately between two adjacent frame units. Each vertical hinge joint has a center of rotation perpendicular to the axis passing through the middle of the sprung bed, and each horizontal axis has a center of rotation parallel to the axis passing through the middle of the spring bed.
