The invention concerns a composition for treating respiratory tracts characterised in that it contains, in solution, an enzymatic anti-inflammatory agent, preferably <i>Bacillus</i> <i>Amyloliquefaciens</i> bacterium alpha-amylase, and a mucolytic compound. The invention also concerns a method for the preparation and good preservation of said composition. The inventive composition is mainly used for preparing a medicine designed to treat acute and chronic broncho-pulmonary infections, chronic broncho-pneumopathies, as well as disorders affecting bronchial secretion.
