PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet capable of improving waterproofing. SOLUTION: This grommet 10 includes a thick-walled inclined part 13 for guiding a panel between a small-diameter electric wire holding cylinder 11 and a large-diametric panel fitting part 15 into which a wire harness 7 is inserted, and is provided with an annular recessed fitting groove 15d fitted into an edge part 9b of a through-hole 9a of a panel 9 on an outer wall surface 15a of the panel fitting part 15. In the grommet 10, a bellows connecting part 12 is provided between the electric wire holding cylinder 11 and the inclined part 13 to connect the electric wire holding cylinder 11 with the inclined part 13 via the bellows connecting part 12. Thus, even if the wire harness 7 is pressed against the panel 9, the bellows connecting part 12 causes the inclined part 13 to move in such a direction as to press the fitting groove 15d of the panel fitting part 15 against the edge part 9c of the through-hole 9b of the panel 9, and prevents generation of a clearance between the fitting groove 15d of the panel fitting part 15 and the edge part 9b of the through-hole 9a of the panel 9, thereby completely preventing generation of water invasion. |
