<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness manufacture management system capable of efficiently manufacturing a wire harness by properly controlling the quantity of work in process of an intermediate product. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a cutting and bonding management means that issues a tag (production instruction) and controls the production, a work in process circulation quantity management means that issues a wire delivery table and controls the production of a temporarily bound component and the quantity of its work in process, a work quantity in process judgement means that judges whether or not the quantity of works in process is too much or too little based on a reasonable work-in-process quantity calculated from the quantity of works in process of the temporarily bound components and the order reception information of wire harness, and a work quantity in process control means that controls the issue of the tag according to the setup condition in the cutting and binding process and issues the wire delivery table according to the production condition of the circuit to optimize the quantity of work in process of the temporarily bound components.</p> |
