<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote use of a toll collecting device by enhancing convenience of the toll collecting device. SOLUTION: The use of the toll collecting device is promoted by enhancing the convenience of the toll collecting device by constituting on-vehicle equipment 10 having an interface part of enable connection with a cellular telephone 11 and a control part to perform a charging processing of a toll on the vehicle's side via the cellular telephone 11 by mutually communicating with a roadside antenna 5, inputting required information by the cellular telephone 11, displaying the received required information on the cellular telephone 11, eliminating an input means and a display means of on the side of the on-vehicle equipment 10, minimizing a burden of the driver's side by reducing the cost by miniaturizing, simplifying the device by dispensing with an IC card.</p> |
