PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system with a terminal authenticating function which can perform authentication with high security through easy operation. SOLUTION: A user calls a contents provider 90 through a user terminal 80. The contents provider 90 recognizes the telephone number E of the mobile terminal 80 which has made the call and confirms that the mobile terminal 80 is registered as a member by performing retrieval from a database 94, and then send mail K including a password for allowing access to the telephone number E. The mobile terminal 80 accesses a Web server 98 by using a URL with a one-time password, so a user who is not allowed to access the Web server 98 is unable to access the server and the security can be made high.
