PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for enabling signal communication between different phase lines of electric lamp lines in an electric lamp line carrier system for employing an electric lamp line carrier that superimposes a carrier signal on the electric lamp lines adopting the single-phase three-wire system. SOLUTION: In the communication system between different phase lines of electric lamp line carrier, a load device providing a low impedance at a frequency of a communication signal is connected between 200 V phase lines of the single-phase three-wire system.
