PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which restricts image processing information to be recorded in an image file at a minimum and simultaneously performs an optimum image process. SOLUTION: An image file producing device comprises: an image data production part for producing image data; an identifier data input part for inputting identifier data for setting image processing control data to be used at the time of image processing of the image data; and an image file production part for producing an image file which integrally contains the produced image data and the input identifier data. By provision of the image file producing device, the image processing device can set the image processing control data in correspondence to the identifier data and automatically perform an image processing desired by a user in the image data.
