PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional modeling device capable of fixing the line of sight of a person to be photographed on a rotating base in a fixed direction in synchronism with the rotation of the rotating base thereby suppressing the movement of the person to be photographed during photographing. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional modeling device is provided with a plurality of lamps 21 disposed at every prescribed rotation angle around a three- dimensional space set on the rotating base 1 and a controller 23 controlling the respective lamps 21 in synchronism with the rotating base 1 so as to light the respective lamps 21 connected through wiring 22 respectively at the time of facing the front of the person H to be photographed. While the rotating base 1 is rotated and photographing is performed, the line of the sight of the person H to be photographed is turned to the lamp 21 lighted in synchronism with the rotating base 1.
