PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional case, in which the dealing partner cannot be certified surely and legal matter related with delivery and receipt of goods cannot be proved. SOLUTION: A mutual authentication system is made up of a member terminal group for members who have been permitted with subscribing application of membership to a community previously and a mutual authentication server, using a digital allocation code and connected via a communication line. The server includes a means of issuing the digital allocation code to the member, when receiving the issue demand of the digital allocation code from the member, and a means of renewing and recording the issued digital allocation information for each member in the memory unit, in the mutual authentication system using the digital allocation code. |
