PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify a communication opposite party in compliance with the Bluetooth. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 52 is provided with a contactless IC card making communication with the reader/writer of a personal computer 51 by means of an electromagnetic wave.
