PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an image processor light in weigh and compact and to attain power consumption reduction. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a picture quality control part 101 for performing digital image processing such as contrast orγconversion of an image signal, a low-pass filter(LPF) 102 as a generation means for extracting the image signals of imaging devices of 10th, 20th and 30th rows in the image signal, for example and generating shading data thereof, a memory 103 for saving the output of the LPF 102, data preparing part 104 for preparing the shading data of the image signal of the imaging device of the 25th row by generating the sum signal of the image signals of the imaging devoice of the 20th row and the image signal of the imaging device of the 30th row, for example, in the image signals saved in the memory 103, and subtracting part 105 as a removal means for generating the image signal of wrinkles in a fingerprint by removing shading by subtracting the output signal of the data preparing part 104 from the image signal actually outputted from the imaging device of the 25th row.
