PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment state management device capable of managing objective equipment only by the action schedule of a user without making the user consider the state schedule of the equipment, and sorting processing in each case by judging the validity/invalidity of the use of the equipment. SOLUTION: A state deciding means 11 determines the scheduled state of equipment based on an action state corresponding table 21 constituted of associative data obtained by associating the action of a preliminarily registered user with the set state of equipment and a schedule table 22 of the action data specified by the action of the user and the action time. An execution control means 12 controls the state of the objective equipment to the determined scheduled state of the equipment. Thus, it is possible to easily perform the change management of the schedule states of objective equipment 41,..., 4n only by changing the schedule table 22 for specifying the action schedule of the user as action data without changing the action state corresponding table 21 of the associative data obtained by associating the action of the user with the set state of the equipment.
