PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a process control system constituted of a software PLC capable of executing the unitary control of the scale data of industrial quantity, and preventing any change oversight, and preventing the disorder of an arithmetic value and the displayed scale due to a set time difference. SOLUTION: This process controller is provided with a controller for executing a control arithmetic operation by defining a specified signal as an input value and a monitoring device for communicating through a control bus with the controller, and for converting the arithmetic value obtained from the controller into the scale of physical quantity by defining the specified signal as the input value, and for displaying it. The controller is provided with an input data storing means for holding the input value and industrial quantity scale data by associating them and an arithmetic means for inputting and calculating the structured data of the input data storing means, and the arithmetic means supplies the arithmetic value and the industrial quantity scale data to the display means of the monitoring device.
