PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet capable of improving productivity. SOLUTION: In this grommet 10 including a thin-walled small-diametric cylinder 11 and a heavy-walled large-diametric cylinder 15 into which a wire harness is inserted, a fitting groove 15d fitted into a through-hole of a panel is provided on an outer wall surface 15a of the large-diametric cylinder 15, a lip part 19 brought into close contact with a panel is extended more outward than the outer wall surface 15a of the large-diametric cylinder 15. In the grommet 10, a rear surface side of the large-diametric cylinder 15 is formed so as to be lightened, and a lightened part 15c formed by lightening the rear surface side of the large-diametric cylinder 15, in mold-opening a forming die 30, causes the lip part 19 with much undercut to be elastically deformed to the lightened part 15c side, thus attaining easy modeling of the grommet 10. |
