<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information equipment device capable of performing display scroll control corresponding to the purpose of a user just by a mouse wheel operation and a mouse operation, and a mouse controlling method. SOLUTION: The information equipment device 100 judges whether the wheel manipulated variable of wheel operation data is equal to or more than a prescribed value, and when the wheel manipulated variable is equal to or more than the prescribed value, shifts to the automatic scroll amount adjusting mode of changing a scroll amount at every stipulated interval of time and scrolls display data by the scroll amount. Also, for the wheel operation data outputted from a mouse after shifting to the automatic scroll amount adjusting mode, the scroll amount is increased for the wheel operation data in the same direction as a wheel operation direction before shifting to the automatic scroll amount adjusting mode and the scroll amount is reduced for the wheel operation data in an opposite direction.</p> |
