<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a menu information compounding method capable of compounding menu information related with a plurality of pieces of equipment, and efficiently controlling those pieces of equipment. SOLUTION: A remote controller 2701 transmits a signal to promote he transmission of menu information to a television 2702 or the like, and at receiving the menu information from the television 2702 or the like, a menu information storing part 2714 stores the menu information by distinguishing it for each equipment. A menu information compounding part 2716 compounds the pieces of menu information of a plurality of pieces of equipment. A menu information display control part 2717 displays the compounded menu information at a menu display part 2718. The display of the menu display part 2718 is changed by operating an input accepting part 2711 integrated with the menu display part 2718, and the operation of the television 2702 or the like is controlled.</p> |
