<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system in a liquid cooling system for cooling the heating part and heat radiating part of a processor by circulating cooling liquid capable of reducing vibration and a noise by reducing the pulsation of the circulating cooling liquid. SOLUTION: A plurality of pumps for circulating a heating medium between a cooling jacket mounted on a heating part and a heat radiating part are arranged in parallel, and a temperature sensor controller IC 12 for controlling those pumps discriminates the proper number of pumps and phase difference from temperature information 30 of the heating part, and transmits a switch control signal 36 and a phase control signal 34 to a pump power switch control circuit 14 and a phase converting circuit 13 so that the operations of a pump a15, a pump b16, and a pump c17 can be controlled. Thus, the number of operating pumps can be varied according to the temperature of the heating part, and the power source whose voltage phase deviation is set as an angle calculated by dividing 360 deg. by the number of operating pumps are separately supplied to those pumps so that the pulsation of the cooling liquid can be reduced.</p> |
