PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the processing speed of an operation decreases because of the capacity of a program or the volume of its data part when business software of an ASP(Application Service Provider) business style using applications on a Web server connected to the Internet is used. SOLUTION: The business software is separated into a program main body and its boot program and the program main body is installed in a computer of a user by downloading it from the data center of the ASP trader or distributing a RC-ROM; and a means is provided which downloads the boot program from the data center each time the user boots the program main body to perform operation processing and runs the program main body.
