PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control vibrations and noise that arise when a concentrated winding electric motor is operated, and to provide a high efficiency electric motor of less vibrations and low noise. SOLUTION: Skews are formed on at least either a stator 10, having concentrated windings or a rotor 20. Windings 13 of different phases are made to contact each other, by inserting a wire-wound vibration suppressor 18 between the windings inside grooves 19 for the windings.
