A cell phone holder commonly usable among cell phones of different lengths and shapes, easily operable, and holding a cell phone (4) on a body so as to be stably attached to and detached from the body, comprising a body (1) fixed to the body and having the cell phone mounted thereon and a holder (2) installed slidably on the body (1) and allowing one end of the cell phone (4) fixedly locked thereto, the holder (2) further comprising an elastic member for generating an elastic force in the direction of the body (1).
