The deflection device has focusing lenses (2,3) for focusing the light beam in 2 spatial directions (x,y) positioned in front and behind deflection elements (4,5), e.g. lamella mirrors, for movement of the light beam across a surface transverse to the optical axis of the focusing lenses, with rotation of the deflection elements in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis.
