<p>A method of assaying binding between a first member of a binding pair attached to a solid support and a second member of the binding pair in solution. The method comprises assaying binding between the first member of the binding pair and the second member of the binding pair by monitoring a generation of signal between a first member of a proximity signal generation pair being attached to the solid support, not via the first member or the second member of the binding pair, and a second member of the proximity signal generation pair linked to the second member of the binding pair.</p> |
