Said composition comprises an aqueous nitric acid solution containing: at least a first emulsifying non-ionic surfactant consisting of a polyethoxylated fatty alcohol, and at least a second wetting non-ionic surfactant consisting of an ethylene oxide or propylene oxide copolymer.
