The invention relates to a device for deflecting a laser beam running in a bean direction by means of a first deflector unit, which may rotate about a first axis and a second deflector unit, which may rotate about a second axis, whereby the laser beam is deflected through a first angle by the first deflector unit and the deflected laser beam is deflected through a second angle by the second deflector unit. The first and the second axis together form an angle different to a right angle. The first and second deflector units may be driven in common in the same direction of rotation and at the same speed and a phase controller is provided to adjust the relative position of the first and second deflector unit on rotation thereof. |
