The invention relates to a thermal microstation meant for producing heating carrier and domestic hot water, having a single heat exchanger (A) placed in a combustion chamber (17), a burner (14) ignited using an electrode (15) which, upon putting the installation into operation, is activated by the command of an electronic unit (16) which process data collected by flow rate detectors (1), by temperature detectors for domestic hot water (2), by temperature detectors for heating (6) and by pressure detectors (9). The microstation also comprises a minimal pressure cut-out (10), a pressure differential cut-out (20) for waste gases, a circulation pump (8), a gas-modulating fan (13) and a fan (18), the flow rates of waste gas and air being determined by means of a membrane (19).
