An automatically retractable safety syringe comprises a needle, a needle holder, a rubber ring of the needle holder, a needle cap, a breakable plunge r and a syringe barrel. According to the invention, the breakable plunger is positioned in the syringe barrel, while being compressed to bottom, it break s in two parts on half length, so there provides sufficient space for the spri ng to expand, that causes actuation of the slideways on the holder to achieve automatically retraction.
