<p>The invention relates to policy information transfer in 3GPP networks. A Policy Decision Point (PDP) that deals with more than one Policy Enforcement Point (PEP) has a table associating IP addresses with PEPs so that it knows what PEP to send the policy information to. The invention also provides methods for keeping the table updated and transferring the information to the right PEP, and a protocol that is used for messages from the PEP to the PDP.</p> |
