<p>A metal foil formed of alloy mainly consisting of earth-acid metal (preferably niobium) and having a rough surface formed by etching. In a capacitor comprising a pair of electrodes and a dielectric body interposed between the pair of electrodes, if at least one of the electrodes is formed of the aforementioned metal foil, it is possible to obtain a compact capacitor of large capacity exhibiting excellent high frequency performance.</p> |
