PURPOSE: A bit line precharge circuit is provided, which improves a precharge capability and easiness of a process. CONSTITUTION: A space of a unit bit line precharge circuit is formed as an active region(51a), and a subsidiary bit line precharge circuit(A) is formed in the active region. And, a Y-shaped gate electrode(52) is formed to reduce a proximity effect generated in a connection part of the gate electrode. And the active region is divided into a bit line region(53), a bit line bar region(54) and a precharge voltage region(55) by the gate electrode. Because the gate electrode is formed in a shape of Y, widths of an equalize transistor and the first and the second transistor are increased.
