The invention relates to an installation for integrally processing the domestic refuse from habitable arrangements for social purpose in the urban environment. The installation for integrally processing the domestic refuse ensures the processing of the refuse by the fact that it comprises a double conveyer belt (B) comprising a short belt (a) and a long belt (b), the former being connected to the incinerator (M) and the latter being connector to some containers (14) wherein the raw stock is stored after having been processed in finely comminuting device mounted under the long conveyer belt end (b). The containers (14) are located on some railway tracks (24) whereon they can be moved by means of a cable hoist (19), the transfer of each container (14) from one railway track (24) to other one being carried-out by means of a rotary crane (22) having a stirring device (22) being hung from said cable hoist (19), the stirring device (23) mixing the composition in the containers (14) and said containers (14) are provided with a strap (28) by means of which the containers are mounted from the cable hoist (19) and stored into a tunnel (26). The incinerator (M) is provided with a breaker (32), a dryer (C) having some aeration strips and an internal incineration chamber (N).
