An elevated cultivation method and an elevated cultivation bed with sprinkling water which has been purified by using a plant cultivation solid (15) with the use of a water purification cake (11) and an EM ceramic powder (13) and then finely dividing water molecule clusters. This elevated cultivation bed (20) has no overflow. In this elevated cultivation bed (20), a nonwoven fabric sheet (27) and a water−impermeable vinyl sheet (26) are put in a box−type frame (24) and the plant cultivation soil (15) is loaded thereon. The stand (22) of the cultivation bed (20) is composed of L−shape angle members (21) jointed together with bolts and nuts.
